The Supreme Court will hold a Friday hearing on a petition challenging the constitutional legitimacy of the grounds law. The petition states that the law violates the right of privacy and its biometric system is not functioning properly.
The bench, headed by AKP J Chelameshvar, decided to make a hearing on the petition of Karnataka resident Matthew Thomas on Thursday. Matthews's lawyer said that similar petitions are scheduled to be made on Friday in the Supreme Court, in the wake of his petition saying there should also be urgent hearings. The bench accepted the plea.

Significantly, the bench headed by chief AKP Deepak Mishra on October 30 has decided to constitute the constitution back-up for hearing on all petitions pertaining to the base.
Several petitions were filed in the Supreme Court

Several petitions have been filed in the Supreme Court against the Government's welfare schemes and mandatory basis card for various services such as banking and mobile. Recently, the constitution backs the nine judges who have been given fundamental rights to privacy and many petitions challenging the base have violated the right to privacy.

While there are many other petitions, the order to link the bank account and mobile number to the base has been outlawed and unconstitutional. In view of pending petitions at the Supreme Court on October 25, the central government has decided to increase the last date of the Aadhaar link to March 31, 2018.

This feature is for them that do not have a base number. The last date of the link for those already on the basis is December 31, 2017.
